Sales Policy and Terms



SHIPPING:


Shipping Rates are based on Australia Post rates. These are determined by the total weight of your order and your shipping location. Please note that Australia Post rates are not related in any way to the dollar value of your order.

Weight is calculated as you add music titles to the shopping cart. There is an allowance for packaging plus an average weight that we have applied to each format type – LP, 2xLP, CD, 12″ etc. Non-standard items (e.g. box sets, special packaging) have been weighed individually and these weights appear in the Description/Other Info column.

At checkout, the shipping location will be determined from your address.

Customers within Australia can select either Normal or Express Post, Registered Mail (Signature on Delivery), or can elect to have orders held for collection at our shop (no shipping or handling charges will be applied to collected orders).



HANDLING:


A small handling fee is added to the total of all orders that are shipped via Australia Post.



TRADING POLICY:


Missing or damaged orders. We regret that we cannot take responsibility for missing or damaged orders. We take the greatest possible care to ensure that addresses are written legibly and accurately. We package so as to ensure a fair balance between protecting your order from damage during normal delivery handling, and the overall weight of the package. The weight of the package contributes to the total weight of each order, and therefore is a contributing factor towards the shipping costs that you will pay.

Returns. All sales are final. If however, you receive an item that does not match its description, a refund or exchange may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

At checkout we will ask you to acknowledge our Trading, Minimum Order and Discount Policies.



PRIVACY POLICY:


Your Email address and any other personal information that you provide to us is securely protected and is used only by Reefer Records. It is used only to assist us in our relationship with you, our customer. We will never pass it on or sell it to any other person (or company) regardless of the circumstances. If we ever received such a request, we will inform you immediately.
